Cuban Crafters Cigars will ship all cigars, humidors, cigar cutters, lighters, cigar cases and cigar accessories in our catalog or cigar website within 24 hours of receiving the payment (excluding weekends).

PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS – Cuban Crafters Cigars accepts Personal Checks, Money Order and Cashier’s Checks.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS – Cuban Crafters Cigars Accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards.

SPECIAL PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS – In certain cases Cuban Crafters Cigars Accepts Wire Transfers.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING CHARGES –
STANDARD SHIPPING is through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. Normal delivery takes 2 – 7 days, depending on the delivery address.
CHARGES are $5.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item up to 5 items. Each additional item above 5 items are $1.00 each.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders of $200 or more.
UPS 2nd DAY AIR charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING charges for your order plus $8.00.
NEXT DAY AIR Charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING charges for your order plus $26.00.

All shipments to Post Office Boxes, Military FPO addresses, U.S. Government Military APO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam will only be shipped through USPS. Priority Mail under the STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES above.

CANADA SHIPPING CHARGES –
STANDARD SHIPPING is through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS Canada Ground Service. Normal delivery takes 7 – 14 days, depending on the delivery address.
CHARGES are $31.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item up to 5 items. Each additional item above 5 items are $1.00 each.
HUMIDORS AND CIGAR and HUMIDOR COMBOS are included at the CANADA Standard Shipping charges of $31.95 for first item and $2.00 for each additional item up to 5 items. Each additional item above 5 items are $1.00 each..

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES – WORLD WIDE
We will ship to any country in the world through U.S.P.S. Global Priority or Parcel Air Mail. The Charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING Charges plus an additional $26. Other arrangements can be made through UPS. FEDEX or DHL but the full cost of the shipment must be prepaid by the Customer. If any taxes are due to the country which the cigars and cigar accessories are shipped, it will be the full responsibility of the customer to pay the taxes. ALL required documents will be included with the shipment of cigars and cigar accessories. Due to the increased costs of international shipments, Large Humidors require $48 for international shipping per humidor. The $48 applies to Combos with humidors that hold over 50 cigars, and for orders with humidors that hold 100 cigars or more. Humidors that hold over 200 cigars require special arrangement and charges. Customers can make SPECIAL shipping arrangements by contacting us at international@cubancrafters.com. Other shipping methods can be used, as requested by the customer. Shipping Charges will be based on the Country and requested shipping arrangements.

ALL international orders are shipped within 48 hours and are processed manually. Due to security reasons the order and payment must be verified prior to shipping. This process requires an additional 24 hours. You can email us at sales@cubancrafters.com to make special shipping arrangements and for the shipping charges. All shipping charges must be prepaid with the order.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT –
You can track your UPS sent shipment by clicking on the Cuban Crafters Cigar Company website ORDER STATUS button on the top of all web pages and entering the tracking number which you received in the email that confirmed your shipment. If you do not have a tracking number, please email us at sales@cubancrafters.com and provide your name, address and item ordered. We will respond shortly thereafter with an email containing the tracking number. You can also check your Account Status, which will have your purchase history and the tracking number of your shipment. You will need your Order OR Customer Number and either the Sold To Zipcode, Phone Number, or Email Address. The order number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.
