MEDIUM TO FULL-BODY. Their taste is medium to full-bodied with many heady, deep complex flavors. Smooth and mellow with a naturally sweet and creamy, yet slightly spicy taste. These were very tasty... My favorite was the Big Churchill, aka The "COMANDANTE". It burned even from start to finish and had lots of flavor with very little harshness. The other ones were tasty too, but they were harsh and burned uncontrollably. I had to keep relighting them. It could just be dumb luck... I've had many cases of a bad apple in a good batch.
Overall, this is a good sampler pack and I would recommend trying it before buying the full size boxes, because each of them are unique in their own ways.
I myself will likely buy a full size box of the Churchill, aka The "COMANDANTE".

CUPIDO CRIOLLO

The Cupido brand caused a sensation when it appeared during the Cigar Boom as one of the first cigars out of Nicaragua – other than Joya de Nicaragua, of course – to draw rave reviews. That version of Cupido is gone forever and the brand seemed to be sleeping, if not dead, but it’s been revived by Cuban Crafters in two styles, the Cupido Criollo and the Cupido Tuxedo.
The Criollo is sharply box-pressed to an almost wafer-thick shape, but the dark Criollo-seed wrapper is inviting. It’s medium-to-full in body and has a toasty, inviting aroma. The taste is reminiscent of the original, with a tang of sweetness. In this blend, however, the flavor is lighter and not as intense, with a short finish. Well made, it has an even burn and
smokes easily so that you’re not tired by it. The blend does not give as many highlights in the second half, with a note of spice introduced
toward the end. However, the consistency of this cigar is very nice and at retail prices of $3.09 to $3.60 each before local taxes, it’s a bargain! All five sizes are offered in boxes of 25.
