C.E.
BECK y Ca
1850
was an eventful year in Cuba. The Cuban flag was first
displayed, the Cuban Post Office issued their first
stamp, and the people of Cuba began their movement
for independence from Spain. It was also the year
that cigar makers in Cuba started the golden era of
making the world’s finest cigars.
Romeo y Julieta (Romeo & Juliet) had just introduced
their
cigars to smokers. Then C.E. Beck y Ca (C.E. Beck
and Company) was founded and began making Cuba’s
finest cigars. BECK, as their cigars were called,
quickly established a following. C.E. Beck y Ca made
their elite premium cigars medium-bodied and extremely
flavorful. The wrappers were oily and rich. The mellowed
taste was a result of careful curing and aging of
every tobacco leaf used for the cigar. Only the finest
master rollers handcrafted BECK cigars.
From
royalty and aristocracy to Yacht Clubs, golf courses
and cigar aficionados, BECK became the cigar of choice.
Each cigar was totally made by hand and a work of
art.
Cigar
connoisseurs can now enjoy those great and flavorful
cigars that C.E. Beck y Ca made famous years ago in
Cuba. BECK cigars have been reintroduced with the
same mellowed and flavorful medium-bodied taste. The
bouquet will make you reminisce about the special
cigars that were made in the Cuba of the past. Each
elite cigar is totally made by hand and a true work
of art. Made in small and limited quantity batches,
you too can now enjoy the preferred cigar of Aristocrats
and royalty.
